Huspy buys LuxuryX for UAE market push - luxury property
LuxuryX was founded by Patrick Hayden in Dubai.

Huspy has acquired Dubai-based boutique brokerage LuxuryX as it prepares to launch a dedicated luxury property business targeting wealthy buyers and international investors. The deal will bring LuxuryX’s team of specialist property consultants into Huspy’s UAE operation. LuxuryX was founded by Patrick Hayden, and focuses on personalised representation for buyers and sellers in Dubai’s premium residential market.

Its acquisition comes ahead of the launch of Huspy Signature, a new luxury real estate brand expected to begin operating in October. Huspy Signature will offer a curated portfolio of luxury homes and investment opportunities across markets including Dubai, Milan, Madrid, Marbella, Barcelona and Ibiza.

Expansion into the UAE Luxury Market

Jad Antoun, CEO of Huspy, stated that Dubai and the UAE are central to Huspy’s ambition of building the largest homebuying AI-native company across the Middle East and Europe. LuxuryX has built a very efficient business in a segment they are doubling down on heavily. The acquisition gives them the right team and expertise to accelerate their growth in the luxury property market.

Huspy’s UAE real estate network has expanded by 75 per cent since January 2026, increasing its presence in established residential communities including Dubai Marina, The Meadows and The Lakes. The company also claims to facilitate approximately $1 billion in property transactions each month and handle around 25 percent of residential mortgages in the UAE.

Growth and Competition in the UAE Property Sector

The expansion comes during another period of strong transaction growth across the UAE property sector. Dubai recorded AED252 billion in real estate transactions during the first quarter of 2026, representing a 31 percent increase in value compared with the same period a year earlier. Abu Dhabi’s property transaction value reached AED117 billion during the first half of the year, according to figures cited by Huspy, while foreign direct investment in the sector rose to AED13.8 billion.

Patrick Hayden, founder and CEO of LuxuryX, said joining Huspy would give his team access to greater technology, infrastructure and international reach. Hayden stated that LuxuryX was founded on the belief that luxury is defined by the quality of the experience, not simply the value of the property.

Huspy is increasingly using artificial intelligence to support its expansion. Its Huspy 2.0 platform combines listings, lead management, buyer matching, valuations and market intelligence in one system for agents. Mark Castley, CEO of Real Estate at Huspy, said the company’s growth is being driven by the infrastructure surrounding its agents rather than simply increasing headcount.

The acquisition places Huspy in more direct competition with Dubai’s established luxury brokerages, many of which are expanding rapidly as record property prices attract agents, investors and international brands. The next test will be whether Huspy can use its technology and mortgage business to differentiate Huspy Signature in an increasingly crowded luxury market.

Huspy’s growth strategy is focused on building a strong presence in the UAE luxury market.

They are investing heavily in technology and infrastructure to support their expansion.

The company‘s ability to facilitate large property transactions and handle a significant portion of residential mortgages in the UAE is a key factor in its growth.

The UAE property sector is experiencing strong transaction growth, with Dubai and Abu Dhabi recording significant increases in property transaction values.

Huspy’s acquisition of LuxuryX is a strategic move to accelerate its growth in the luxury property market.

The company’s use of artificial intelligence is a key differentiator in the market, and they are well-positioned to compete with established luxury brokerages.
